As the year 2023 came to a close, the virtual pet applications on the iOS platform in Europe showed a diverse range of user engagement and download trends. Sensor Tower's latest data provides us with a glimpse into how these apps performed in the fourth quarter.

Applaydu family games experienced a noticeable rise in downloads, starting the quarter with around 25K and peaking at over 52K in the final week. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, from approximately 96K to 131K.

My Talking Tom, a long-standing favorite, saw its downloads fluctuate, reaching a high of over 56K during the holiday week. Revenue figures showed a modest increase, with the final week hitting just over $1K. The app's weekly active users grew steadily, ending the quarter with over 806K active users.
